Electromedical maintenance

We offers overall maintenance service for electromedical equipment and sanitary facilities. Our goal is yo improve the technical and functional quality of all the equipment, reducing response times and maximizing the lifetime of all equipment and installations, in perfect conditions of use, as well as ensuring the safety of people at all times.

For that purpose, we own all the necesary elements: toolkits for maintenance plans, property hospital management software, continued training, reaserch centers, inventory departaments and a highly qualified and committed human team.

These professionals are physically located in the Working Centers in order to provide the best solution for our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, maximising the availability of the equipments and facilities.

R+D+i SOLUTIONS

We have our own R+D+i department to support electro-medical innovation as an added-value to our customers.

R+D+i department has all the needed resources to carry on with research and development projects, including a test laboratory and a electronic and mechanical workshop.

The personnel is highly cualified to deal with multidisciplinary projects, highlighting electrical and mechanic engineering, regulations, software projects, Telecomunications, Calibration, Regulations, etc.

We also count with a specialised unit in Patents and Trademarks that works closely with the R+D+i department, safeguarding all the developments.

Continuos Training

We believe that qualification of personnel through training is a determining factor to achieve levels of excellence in service quality. To that end, our personnel receive ongoing training with a system that is supported and recognized by public health services, manufacturers and distributors of electro-medical equipment.

We develop five working lines for this continuos training:

Courses for users.
Courses to improve efficiency.
Qualification of electromedical technicians.
Master in Health Service Management.
Master in Clinical Engineering, in colaboration with the Carlos III University in Madrid.

ICT Solutions

We have a commitment with the use of Information and Comunication Technologies (ICT) in the health sector, as individual solutions and as a complement to our projects. From here, we continue supporting the technologial innovation and provide technical support to the centers in the fuled of software and computer equipment.

From this department, GEE has developed its own Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Management Software: MantHosp. Thanks to 35 years of experience in electromedical and health sector, we were able to provide the system with all the needed functionalities to manage the whole useful lifes of the hospitals’ equipments and facilities, adapting the system to diffent enviroments and users.

It allows to optimize and control all maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, periodic, …) within hospitals, minimizing response times and facilitating the integration of maintenance processes within other areas. All the activities, documentation and inventory from the whole health center can be managed through MantHosp as well as being used as a information control and decision-making center.

Consulting and Advisory

The more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector provide a significant view of the medical market worldwide. This allows us to offer our advice and consulting services in health matters, with active collaboration proposals in specific areas from our experienced professional consultants of electromedicine.

We develop feasibility studies of health-related projects by analyzing needs related to the provision of health services and defining the requirements of different areas, for example: primary care, specialty care and e-health.

We also offer contract management in public/private collaboration projects by providing technical assistance for the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contract awards..

Furthermore, we workswith a specialised team to offer support in implementing solutions, dimensioning and performing pilots; with training and communications plans; quality assessment, through efficiency and effectiveness studies and comparative analysis of use and impact and deisgning customized solutions in the field of energy efficiency.

Energy Efficiency

We understand that the most cost-effective way to reduce energy consumption is to increase energy efficiency of instalations and facilities of the centers. Hence, we develop a constant and guiding work in this field..

We provide consulting and technological solutions and renewable energy implantation services, required by our customers as a part of their enviromental commitments.

We also offer specialized services in diagnosis, certifications and energy usage studies, energy commercialization, energy consultancy services and technological renewals in buildings. In addition, we develop economic surveys of investment and design and implementation of necessary instalations.

INVENTORY

An updated inventory is a basic tool to optimize management and control in both functional and operational aspects of the hospital centers (in relation to maintenance, incidents, renewals, …) as well as in economic area..

GEE puts at the disposal of our customers our Inventory Department, offering their wide experience in the optimum administration of states of any filed (equipment, facilities, …) and in any local, national or international level.

We have the ability to adapt ourselves to our clientes depending on their needs and resorcers, including initial achievements of inventory, updates and revisions, as well as ongoing operational support.

Technological renewal

Our goal is to provide solutions to the technological needs in the hospital sector, providing our experience to improve maintenance and renewal economic efficiency and fullfilling all the commitments.

To do so, we identify our customers’ needs in this area, adapting the more suitable solutions from our Technology Management service, assuring the projects’ economic viability from the beginning and throughout their entire life.

We have an overall vision of renewal projects and estimated amounts per year, always with the possibility of changes and improvements depending on the unexpected issues that could arise.

We include in the renewal projects an integrated maintenance for equipments that assures their complete availability.

We also assume transferred risk by the hospital Center, adding value to it, knowledge, quarrantee and economic efficiency.
